“Lithos” is a construction company based in Halkidiki, Greece.
We concentrate in the making and selling of Greek country houses and villas, combining a high quality of construction with a charming traditional design. Our range includes both large and small houses at a variety of prices.
In all our projects we use a Greek traditional stone. This stone comes from a small village in Halkidiki called “Athitos”. Apart from the beauty it adds to our villas and houses, it also serves as a very effective layer of insulation, keeping the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter, allowing the owners to reside comfortably throughout the year.
Our company also constructs custom-made villas and houses, in case you should have something different in mind, and we are able to upgrade an existing property in order to satisfy your needs.
Finally, in cooperation with an experienced staff of lawyers, we are able to provide our customers from abroad with help and advice as regards to the legal procedures of property purchases and/or development.
